Fly to Stormwind. Train your skills.

Go to Stormwind Harbor and sail to Auberdine.

Fly to Rut'theran Village and turn in Favored of Elune? and The Super Snapper FX and get the follow-up Return to Troyas.

1. Fly to Feathermoon Stronghold and turn in Return to Troyas and get the follow-up The Stave of Equinex.
   
   
2. Take the boat east and go to Zorbin Fandazzle to pick up Zapped Giants and Fuel for the Zapping.
   
   
3. Head south along the shore and kill the Sea Spray and Sea Elemental until you get 10 Water Elemental Core - also, zap any Deep Striders and Wave Striders that get in your way with Zorbin's Ultra-Shrinker and start collecting Miniturization Residue (You don't have to finish collecting 15 of these yet), then return to Zorbin and turn in Fuel for the Zapping.
   
   
4. Head northeast to another yeti cave and kill the tougher yetis here and collect 10 Rage Scar Yeti Hide. (Note: You may also get a Pristine Yeti Hide as a random drop which starts a quest. Don't worry if you don't get it.)
   
   
5. Head north to the Twin Colossals and get The Giant Guardian from Rockbiter.
   
   
6. Head northwest and use Zorbin's Ultra-Shinker on the Cliff Giant to shrink them and make them lose their elite status. Kill them and collect 15 Miniturization Residue.
   
   
7. Head north and get the Byltan Essence from the Flame of Byltan.
   
   
8. Head northeast. The Samha Essence is a little tricky to get to - head up the ramp, then jump to a broken off platform. Pick it up from the Flame of Samha.
   
   
9. Head north and get the Imbel Essence from the Flame of Imbel.
   
   
10. Head southwest and get the Lahassa Essence from the Flame of Lahassa.
    
    
11. Head to the middle of these essences and go to the Equinex Monolith. Use Troya's Stave next to it to charge it, then click the monolith to complete The Stave of Equinex. Get the follow-up, The Morrow Stone.
    
    
12. Head northwest to Shay Leafrunner. Talk to her and start the escort quest, Wandering Shay. Whenever she says something and starts to wander off, use Shay's Bell to get her back on track. Make sure you don't run and leave her behind! Keep an eye out to make sure she's still following you.
    
    
13. Lead Shay to Rockbiter and complete Wandering Shay.
    
    
14. Ride back to Zorbin Fandazzle and turn in Zapped Giants.
    
    
15. By now you are likely to have a OOX-22/FE Distress Beacon. If you do, head south to yeti cave and clear into the tunnel a bit to find the chicken. Turn in Find OOX-22/FE! and get the escort quest Rescue OOX-22/FE! Run and clear in front of the chicken because it has low hit points. During the ambushes, be the one the mobs attack first - let the chicken pull a mob off you, and face the others and finally the one on the chicken.
    
    
16. Sail back west to Feathermoon Stronghold and turn in:
    
    
    • Improved Quality
    • Pristine Yeti Hide (if you were lucky enough to get one)
    • The Morrow Stone
