Alliance Un'goro Crater Guide
Level 55

Go to the northeastern part of Ironforge to the Hall of Explorers and turn in A Little Slime Goes a Long Way - get the next step in the chain.

Fly to Stormwind. Check the Auction House for a Mithril Casing (or, if none are available, find an Engineer to make one for 3 Mithril Bar). Also, Set your Hearthstone to Stormwind.

Go to Stormwind Harbor and sail to Auberdine.

Fly to Rut'theran Village. At the village, talk to Erelas Ambersky and get Moontouched Wildkin.

Head up to Darnassus.

1. At the Temple of the Moon, turn in:
   
   
   • Rise of the Silithid and get the follow-up March of the Silithid
   • Prayer to Elune
   • Also, use Eridan's Vail at the temple's fountain to fill it
     
     
2. Head north to Mathrengyl Bearwalker and turn in Glyphed Oaken Branch.

Then, head back down to Ruth'geran Village to the flight master.

1. Fly to Gadgetzan. Turn in March of the Silithid and get the follow-up Bungle in the Jungle.
   
   
2. Turn in The Stone Circle to Marvon Rivetseeker.
   
   
3. Head southwest into Un'Goro Crater.

1. At the entrance of Un'Goro Crater, talk to Torwa Pathfinder and get the quests:
   
   
   • The Fare of Lar'korwi
   • The Apes of Un'Goro
     

   NOTE: Pick up a total of 7 of each color of Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow Crystals scattered throughout Un'Goro as well as picking up Un'Goro Soil wherever you see it. You do not have to finish collecting soil yet, there will be a lot of time to collect all of it. The Yellow Crystals tend to be near the edges up hills.
   

2. Head northwest to the Wrecked Raft next to a small pool of water. Get the quest It's a Secret to Everybody from it - complete it and get the next step in the chain by diving next to it and opening A Small Pack. Open it.
   
   
3. Head northeast to the Threshadon Carcass and right click it near its neck area to get a Piece of Threshadon Carcass.
   
   
4. Return to Torwa Pathfinder and turn in The Fare of Lar'korwi and get the follow-up The Scent of Lar'korwi.
   
   
5. Head northwest to find some purple eggs. Clear the ravasaurs around it and then step on it to spawn a Lar'korwi Mate. Kill her and loot her Ravasaur Pheromone Gland.
   
   
6. To the northeast are more eggs. Alternate between here and the other egg patch to finish gathering 2 Ravasaur Pheromone Gland.
   
   
7. Return to Torwa Pathfinder and turn in The Scent of Lar'korwi, don't get the follow-up yet.
   
   
8. Head north, collecting 7 of each Blue, Green, Red, and Yellow Crystals as well as Un'Goro Soil along the way. You do not have to finish collecting soil yet, there will be a lot of time to collect all of it. Head up into the hills near the Eastern Pylon to collect the Yellow Crystals. Make sure you finish collecting 7 of each before you go further north!
   
   
9. Head north and kill the apes inside for 2 each of Un'Goro Gorilla, Stomper, and Thunderer Pelts. As well, by now you should have gotten a Mangled Journal by now which starts the quest Williden's Journal. It drops off any mob in Un'Goro - if you don't have one yet, then kill more mobs until you get one.
   
   
10. Head west and up the path to Marshall's Refuge. Turn in your quests:
    
    
    • Williden's Journal
    • It's a Secret to Everybody
      

At the end of the cave at Marshall's Refuge resides J.D. Collie. Get the quest Crystals of Power from her and then turn it in and get all the follow-ups.

Head outside and pick up all the quests as well. All of these Un'Goro-relevant quests should be in your quest log:

• Shizzle's Flyer
• Alien Ecology
• It's a Secret to Everybody
• Muigin and Larion
• Chasing A-Me 01
• Expedition Salvation
• The Eastern Pylon
• The Northern Pylon
• The Western Pylon
• Beware of Pterrordax
• Lost!
• The Apes of Un'Goro (Complete)
• Volcanic Activity (from Ratchet)
• Bungle in the Jungle (from Gadgetzan chain)
• Super Sticky (from Gadgetzan)

NOTE: You will need a total of 25 Un'Goro Soil. Keep collecting them as you travel around Un'Goro.

1. Head south to the tar pits and kill the various Tar Beasts to collect 12 Super Sticky Tar.
   
   
2. Head southwest across the river to find a large area of Frenzied Pterrordax, Elder Diemetradon, Glutinous Ooze, and Bloodpetal Trapper. Stay in the area and keep killing until you're done with the quest objectives:
   
   Kill 15 Frenzied Pterrordax, gather 8 Dinosaur Bones, 8 Webbed Diemetradon Scale, 8 Webbed Pterrodax Scale, scoop up 10 Pure Samples with your Bag of Empty Ooze Containers on the corpses of oozes, and kill every Bloodpetal Trapper to gather as many Bloodpetal as you can - you don't have to finish collecting your 15 yet, but keep killing them and only stop when the other objectives are complete.
   
   
3. Head southwest to Krakle between the two bodies of water and get his quest Finding the Source.
   
   
4. Head southwest into the hills and click the Western Crystal Pylon.
   
   
5. Head southeast to the Expedition Camp and loot the Research Equipment.
   
   
6. Head northwest into the Slithering Scar. Clear a path through the entrance and go immediately left into a circular room. In the Middle of the room use the Scraping Vial to get a Hive Vial Sample. (Not near the edges of the room at the walls as you might expect).
   
   
   
   If you've already looted a Gorishi Scent Gland, then exit the area - otherwise, keep killing bugs until you get one.
